Warranty Info

Terms and Conditions

1. NCK Guitars provides a warranty with each guitar purchased at regular price (unless specified otherwise.)

2. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of 30-days from the date of purchase.

3. The warranty is only effective locally in Hong Kong.

4. This warranty is not valid for purchase of clearance and sale items.

5. This warranty excludes coverage of damaged or worn parts of the guitar caused by:

1. Environmental factors (heat, dust and humidity) e.g swollen fingerboards “Rising Tongue” syndrome, lacquer blushing.

2. Mechanical failure from normal wear and tear. e.g worn frets, worn or broken nuts, necks requiring a neck reset,

3. Electrical failures due to normal wear and tear.

4. Accidental drops, spills, cracks.

5. Fire and natural disasters.

6. This warranty excludes repair or replacement of parts that were adjusted or repaired outside of NCK Guitars.

7. In the case of any dispute, NCK Guitars reserves the right of final decision and interpretation of these terms and conditions.
